Own room with bathroom and two closets attached! Washer + dryer in unit. I am working on getting the landlord to paint the room to like a white cream color instead of the yellow walls. The couch in the photo isn’t mine and I will be replacing it with my own L shaped couch. There is also two pools available on site ! Near the mall, shopping centers, beach, downtown, universities, etc. The landlord does have a water softener filter installed (this helps with improving hair and skin!), and we will have filtered drinking water so no need to be buying bottled water !
Hello! I’m Jazmin and I am an engineer. I work almost everyday during the week in office, but occasionally work from home once or twice a week! I like to keep the common areas clean & decorate cute and cozy for Halloween/Christmas 🤩.
