The home is a spacious brand-new 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath house in a prime location, less than 5 minutes from the new Costco. The lease is month-to-month, and no pets are allowed.

To help keep the home quiet and comfortable for everyone, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, drink, host parties, or have overnight guests. You’ll be living with three working professionals in their early to mid-20s. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and mostly keeps to themselves.
