About the room
This older apartment building, set in a swanky neighborhood, is now condos. It has nice hardwood floors and a very mid-century modern feel to it. The available bedroom with en suite bathroom is smaller in size (10 x 9)but, because of our location against the mountain (and lack of wind) it totally makes it worth it being here. There are two swimming pools and a hot tub, and a coin-op laundry on the property.
About the roomies
I’m a hard-working, 60 year-old gay man with a full-time job. I’m kind, responsible, and lighthearted … I’m also a bit of a neat freak. The neighbors are great and so are the landlords. I’m looking for someone who is neat, responsible, (has a fulltime job), is respectful, and mild mannered… No tolerance for any kind of drama, thank you!
