This property is a single family home in the Edgewater section of Norfolk 1/2 mile north of ODU campus. There will be two rooms coming available July 15, 2026. One room is $595 per month and bathroom is shared. The other room is a large room that occupies the upstairs with its own bathroom for $795 per month.
The house, bedrooms and kitchen are fully furnished. Downstairs are queen beds upstairs room is king bed.
Graduate students and working professional are welcome.
Utilities are shared at 1/4 of the utility bills for Gas, Electric & Water. The monthly cost for utilities is billed separately with a maximun cap of $150 per tenant. Any amount over $150 per tenant is subsidized by the landlord.

Current tenants: One is an ODU graduate student. The other tenant is a psychologist who has graduated and is doing the internship as required by the state of Virginia.
