Fully furnished bedroom with your own massive, dedicated private living room area (approx. 15x16)! The private living space is entirely yours and features a Smart TV, a mid-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a small dining table. You will have a dedicated half-bathroom to yourself, with only the shower being shared. All utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Location-wise, the house is in a prime spot with quick access to the Hardy Toll Road, Grand Parkway 99, and I-45. We are just 10–15 minutes away from The Woodlands hospitals and about 15 minutes from IAH Airport, making this perfect for working professionals or commuters.

You will be sharing the home with three independent, grown working women (myself and my two adult daughters). The household dynamic is very respectful, quiet, and friendly—we all work full-time and treat each other much like responsible roommates. We keep a peaceful, organized, and clean home, and we are looking for a trustworthy, stable roommate who matches that same independent and respectful vibe.
