Hi! Myself, my boyfriend Oliver, and my friend Sam will be moving into this beautiful duplex August 7th, and we’re looking for a 4th roommate. It’s a 4bed, 2bath in the College Hill neighborhood, about a 5-minute walk from OSU. Oliver and I will share one room with an ensuite bathroom, Sam will have one bedroom, and a third bedroom (the smallest) will be a craft/guest room, leaving one adorable room we’re looking to fill (the one with the sloped ceiling in the pictures). You’d share a bathroom with Sam–the bathroom is also pictured. Oliver has two cats who will live with us. The property includes a backyard, a garage, and hookups for a washer and dryer, which Oliver and I will buy.

The rent is $2395/month, not including utilities, which will come out to about $600/month per person. The lease starts August 7th. We’re 420-friendly, drink in moderation, and all of us are queer. This is not a party house (except every once in a while lol,) but we do like having friends over frequently, and you’d be welcome to host your own friends whenever you’d like as well. We like keeping the house relatively clean, but we aren’t sticklers and don’t care if there are dishes left in the sink sometimes. Please note that the room we’re looking to fill is an upstairs room, so it might be difficult for someone with substantial mobility issues. We’ll each get an on-street parking permit, which is $25 for the year. We’d love to chat with you and learn if this room would be a good fit!

I (she/her) am a 24-year-old OSU grad and a worker at a local nonprofit. I love writing, fiber arts, and dancing. I’m a bit of a social butterfly, and I’m very nerdy–if you’re looking for someone to watch sci-fi shows with you or go to ren faires together, I’ll be more than happy to oblige lol.

Oliver (he/they) is 20 and majoring in Public Policy as OSU. He likes rock climbing, playing guitar, and hiking. They’re also a big gamer.

Sam (he/him) is 22 and a creative writing and political science double-major with a minor in anthropology. He likes writing, playing guitar and banjo, and the Rocky Horror Picture Show. The two of us both formerly worked for OSU’s literary and art journal, PRISM!

Monkey is a 2-year-old American shorthair. She likes hunting, drinking water from the sink, and following us on walks.

Chunky is also a 2-year-old American shorthair. He likes sleeping, eating, sleeping some more, and giving the best side-eyes a cat can give.
