About the room
This is a room in an exposed basement apartment of a house that was built in the 1880s. Private backyard and covered porch. Raised beds with vegetables growing. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. New person pays gas and internet connection. Both of those total what I currently pay for electricity. Landlord will require a background check and there will be a deposit required.
About the roomies
Just me currently living in the apartment, my ex just moved out. There is a couple that lives in the upstairs part of the house but it’s completely separate from the basement.
