About the room
great location, recently refinished and has all very nice appliances. it is a three person apartment with three individual rooms, a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen and living space. laundry is included in the unit. there is good street parking across the street if you have a car. its probably a quarter mile away from campus.
About the roomies
the two people who will also be living there are evan and hayden. Evan is a second year Industrial design student, and hayden is a 4th year Business student. We’re really looking for another KU student to move in so we can have similar lifestyles. we’re both very chill, not big partiers, no consistent smoking or drinking. it will be our first time living together as well, but we have been freinds for a while. it is also our first time living in the apartment, so it will be exciting to all figure it out at the same time.
