Workspace, patio, large back yard with shady trees and nature. Lots of parking, safe and quiet neighborhood. Caring and friendly neighbors. Located in the Davbow Park Neighborhood of Pfafftown, just north of Winston-Salem 10 min to Wake Forest University Close to grocery stores and shopping Health, well-being, and friendly, nurturing interactions are important values in our household. Therefore this is a smoke-free and drug-free property. And since we support a healthy home environment, we require tenants here to use fragrance-free laundry and dishwashing detergent and we request that you do not wear colognes or perfumes in the house. We have a guideline of quiet time at night to ensure each person can have a good night’s sleep every night, and other common sense guidelines like keeping the house clean, and treating other members of the household with kindness and respect. This is a quiet and restful house. We do not have a TV in the living room, rather tables and comfortable seating for reading, study, quiet computer work and quiet contemplation.

One of the tenants here is a woman 40 years old, personable and very kind, who enjoys cooking and gardening and has a vegetable garden in the backyard. she is partners in a house cleaning business with a friend of hers.
Another tenant is a man aged 23, Stanley and respectful, recent college graduate and a vocalist is University choir, works at a local country club featuring golf and swimming.

The third tenant is myself, I live in the basement with my own kitchen and bathroom and separate entry, I am a writer, poet, and composer and performer in classical music.
