Other than the listed room, there are two more rooms in the unit: a second 1st-floor space, and a basement (which is where I live). There is also a smaller spare room on the 1st floor.

I am an easygoing 28-year-old university graduate. After 2 years living in this unit, I know the space like the back of my hand (e.g., how to keep the washer form making too much noise, what to do if the sink clogs).
