Hello! I have a great setup for someone who values both privacy and community in a shared home.

I’m looking for a housemate — not just someone to rent a room, but someone who wants thoughtful shared living alongside their own private space. Ideal for a graduate student or working professional. I’m looking for someone communicative who keeps shared spaces tidy and is willing to check in occasionally about how things are going. In return, you’ll get a comfortable, private space in a home where people genuinely look out for each other.

I’m 45, female, and originally from New England. I’ve also spent time abroad and living in the southern U.S. I work at CSU coordinating community engagement and social justice programs. Outside of work, I like to be outside — I’m constantly trying to find good places for a swim or interesting permaculture and regenerative ag projects to check out. I care a lot about community and the creative ways people come together to tackle hard problems, and that shows up in how I like to live, too. During the academic year, I typically split my work time between campus and home, working from home at least one or two full days each week. During the summer, I work from home more often.
