The bedroom is a private room with small closet area and window. The entire lower apartment is all shared space with my current tenant Kevin(46m). That includes living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Laundry is free and the washer and dryer are right in the basement! and I have internet already so no need for that either!
