I am renting a room for in a 2 bed 2 bath condo. Condo is 1200 sqft and the master bed/bath is about 500 sqft. Apartment is in the old town Gaithersburg area 5 minute drive to Washington Grove Marc station and 10 minute to Gaithersburg Metro. All utilities/ internet is included. (I still have a couple of boxes I need to unpack and I will post the picture after that)

I am professional female and I live a conservative life.. I work from home. I occasionally dog sit my friends dogs and petty much busy keeping up with things.

I would like a quiet professional or student roommate with good credit and back ground checks who does not work from home. I cook but I don’t like any authentic spicy cooking smells at home (If you don’t cook everyday, that is a plus). I am looking for roommate with a positive outlook and similar conservative values. I prefer a roommate who goes out to hang out with their friends outside rather than brining them home.
