The home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom located in a quiet Cul De Sac with pretty cool neighbors. The room(s) available for rent have a shared bathroom. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, leaving the common areas downstairs, which is a nice comfort.

The kitchen is huge with ample storage. There is a living room and a game room/study downstairs. The backyard is large enough for any gardening, entertaining, or just relaxing.

There is a two car garage used for storage & a workshop. I do have plans on putting a home gym out there that will be a communal space as well.

Each room will have its own lease & deposit! So you are welcome to leave whenever you need to, or stay as long as you need if it’s a right fit for you :)

This is a drama free household and will have zero tolerance for such.

Currently it is just myself and my dogs living here. I am a 32 year old woman who works from home, which entails meetings via zoom, so I do need that to be respected as much as possible, but I do have an office upstairs!

I am LGBTQ+, BIPOC, & 420 friendly— if you are/support MAGA, please gtfo ✌🏼 (This is a non negotiable for this household.)

About me— I am a very artsy individual & that definitely translates into my home. I love live music, camping, painting, movies, gardening, and cooking. I have 2 Dalmatians, boy & girl. They can be very excitable and loud at times, but they are pretty chill dogs. I crate them when I leave the house. They do come with the caveat of white hairs on your clothes at times, but I don’t mind providing lint rollers for the house lol

As far as living with me goes, I just want my things, time, and home respected by someone likeminded. If we can be friends, that’s great! If we are just good roommates, that’s fine too!

That being said, I want everyone living here to be respected as much as possible so there will be a separate roommate agreement to be signed in addition to the lease.
