One roomate wanted to share a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the quiet Black Acres neighborhood. Your bedroom is 11 x 12 ft with a spacious closet and comes furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser. There is one full sized bathroom that is shared between this room and another. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. It has a full sized washer/dryer, large storage closet in the carport and a fenced backyard. Rent includes all utilities (which includes fiber optic internet).

Location: Very quiet, well-kept neighborhood just off University Avenue on the north side, one mile from the UF campus. Mostly families live here with some houses rented to college students and young professionals. Shopping, restaurants, fitness center, parks are nearby and a new Publix supermarket is two blocks away. Bus stop is one block away.

Current roommates are UF graduates, working professionals in their young 20s, and have cats.
