About the room
You have your own private room and bathroom. You have access to the washer and dryer, and the kitchen and all appliances. I work 5 days a week from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm so the house is available for your own private use. Utilities are included as well as internet. Besides the 1200.00 security deposit the last month’s rent of 1200.00 is also due at move in. The room is not furnished but the kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets, pots and pans, and dishes that available to use.
About the roomies
I am the only one living on the property. I work very long hours so the home is always empty and you have access to the entire home.
