About the property

Hi!

I’m looking to rent out the lower level of my house. It’s located a couple minutes from Regis. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, with a separate entrance and a huge kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and a gas stove. It also has a private fenced in backyard specifically for the lower level and space for a car in the garage. In the garage, there’s a large space for storage. There’s also an empty shed in the backyard. I’ve been considering getting rid of it to add space, but if you want it I can leave it there. There’s a huge driveway as well so plenty of off-street parking. The lower level has a good bit of natural light and a huge living room/dining room area. The only really shared space is the laundry room which is in between the upper and lower level in a hallway. I’m thinking of splitting electric & water utilities 50/50. I think it’d be fun to rent it as a sort of roommate situation, where if we get along we can hang out here & there. I have a dog, so if you have a dog too it’d be fun to let them play together. Totally cool if it doesn’t work out that way though, I’m pretty busy anyways!

A little about me: I work in community mental health. I’m a quiet roommate, don’t throw parties anymore and tend to be focused on work/my hobbies/spending time with friends. I love snowboarding, gardening, fly fishing, backpacking, and whitewater kayaking. I’ll be starting grad school in August as well.
