It’s a two bedroom apartment in the south side of Salinas. Not too far from the Maya Cinema. There is a corner market store thats literally like 6 houses down. The apartment has a dishwasher i use all the time cuz im lazy. Its a shared bathroom and you will have half of the restroom to put all your stuff in. I buy the toilet paper so no worries and you can use it. I have a pretty big ass couch that takes up the entire living room. Weird cuz its just me and my daughter lol. We got a nice tv 55“ LGTV. We have a heater that i blast during the winter cuz it gets too cold in the apartment. Thats a good thing for the summer cuz its actually cool in here. I got a small patio with two chairs if you wish to sit outside and think about life or whatever. I only sit on it whenever its christmas cuz i stress about presents for everyone.

Its a bottom floor apartment so no need to carry heavy groceries up ni damn steps. I will say that Uber is stupid and they have a hard time locating the apartment. It is the only one facing the parking lot while everyone else is insite the building itself. Kinda isolating but works best. I have a single car garage parking space. We get up to two parking spaces in the parking lot but its first come first serve. I will give you the other parking pass. I usually park in the garage when there isnt parking which can be a bitch sometimes.

There is a coin operated washing machine on the complex. Its $2.50 for wash and $2.50 for drying. Pretty decent if you ask me.

I am a mother (26) to a wonderful baby girl (9). We are both gamers and spend our free time gaming. My daughter has her pc set up in the living room but she normally plays on her tablet. She does spend her time in the living room gaming by herself or with her friends. I am a very loud person singing random ass songs outloud. I talk loud when I game but I keep my door shut. Im quite after 10pm cuz afterall, I am a considerate person and will ask you if i have been loud. I am a very honest person and just very straight up.

I have pretty bad ADHD but i try my best. I am a music teacher and work at two different school sites. One at Madonna Middle School and i hop around the Alisal School District. I teach marching percussion to expect some tapping on my drum pad every now and then. I am also a student at Monterey College Peninsula. I will basically be out from 8am-6pm every day.

I do have a cat named Pascal and he’s got this rad mustache. Hes very cool and friendly. Don’t pet him in a playful way cuz the bastard like’s to bite, hes still a baby and turned 1 last month so Im still training him. He’s escaped the apartment a few times so if it happens, just let him be cuz he always returns after realizing the streets dont give him food.

My daughter leaves with her dad every other weekend. I normally have drunk gaming sessions with the homies so expect me to drink and be drunk at home during those weekends. I also have a husband but he is british and is out there studying. Hes a gamer too so i spend all my time on the phone with him even if im working lol.

I dont usually bring guests over and if i do, its just my irl gaming friends ive known since i was a wee little lad. i think that should be all about us.
