About the room
Spacious private bedroom available in a clean, well-maintained home in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
TERMS – Month-month. There is a one-time $100 application deposit and this fee is fully refundable and “move in” ready.
The room is private has plenty of natural light, a closet, a queen size bed and bathroom, access to a shared kitchen, laundry, and common living areas.
Basically, you’ll have the whole house to yourself because I’m working 2.5 hrs away. I’ll come home 3 times a month.

About the roomies
I’m very quiet and hope to find another quiet person. NOT WANTED – No illegal drugs, no smoking inside the house, no incense or candles, no drunkenness, no overnight guests (except possibly for out-of-town friends or family members)
