About the room
One person/one room. Must be a U of M grad, post grad student. $900 per month due on the first of each month. Shared apartment, with male or female, fully furnished, you have your own private bedroom and bath. Kitchen, own refrigerator use, internet, cable TV, in unit laundry, 3 miles from U of M main campus. Pool-open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Workout facility 9a-9p 365. 100 ft to bus stop straight to/from campus, plenty of free open parking. 1.5 miles to shopping/restaurants. Pets additional fees, not my choice, required by complex lease.
About the roomies
This 2 BR 2 Bath apartment would be occupied by just me and you. You have your own private room and bathroom/shower. I am 67 semi retired, warm, friendly, generally quiet, respectful of neighbors, but very social. I hold 4 degrees and a major in literature. Multiple Honor Societies, Suma Cum Laude. I have extensive life experience, awards, travel, education, caring, compassionate and respectful of others. I have had roommates that are male, female, LGBTQ, but all students. I welcome parents of students or their visitors. I love pets but the complex charges fees so that is extra.
