Furnished room in a well kept apartment building (3 stories). You’ll pretty much have your own bathroom because the apartment has two bathrooms. Pets are not allowed :/(without medical certificate). Laundry in unit. Gym in the building. Wheelchair accessible and elevator in building. Very high ceilings and gorgeous huge windows (they dont open though).

The building is an old textile factory, so noise travels easily. Recently, it’s been pretty quiet, but you must be mindful of how much noise you make to prevent noise violations.

Right next to the Acushnet river, so if you want to go outside and take in nature, it’s pretty dope. Lots of restaurants and grocery store is nearby.

The leasing office requires that you complete an application. The application fee is $50. You can smoke on the premises, but not inside the building (they inspect).

We have a lot of plants in the apartment and a water fountain to help create a calm, relaxing environment. Home is our safe space to unwind from the world and be comfortable. I think we do a good job of creating that here.

I live with my daughter and husband. Husband is traveling indefinitely for work, so will not be around until Christmas. We are pretty friendly, quiet and reserved. We’re both college students and we both work. This year particularly, we’ll be super busy because of our schedules. We have our own hobbies. My daughter is artsy and enjoys crocheting, cooking, baking etc. I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, taking walks in nature etc.
