About the room
The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, about 5 miles from CPP and 7 miles from Western University. We have two private bedrooms with a shared bathroom available for $1,000/month. These newly painted and floored rooms come with a bed, desk, chair, and spacious closets with mirrors. Additionally, there is one suite with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet available for $1,400/month. All three rooms are available August 1. Specifically for female professionals and/or students. Key features include:

About the roomies
You will be sharing the house with other tenants and a resident female landlord. Please note that we have two cats and one senior dog, so a love for animals is a must!
