My apartment is a peaceful “sanctuary” type home. It’s a large 2/2. The room is currently furnished. Big walk-in closet, deep soaker tub in the bathroom. Top floor with windows, natural light, views, sunsets, elevator. My home is non-toxic, I use essential oils. Great washer/dryer. The amenities are amazing here, saltwater pool, large gym, 2 story community center, large screened balcony, and this is a walking neighborhood. You can walk to grocery stores & restaurants from here. Close to downtown and the beach. It’s a double master split layout, so plenty of privacy.

I’m plant based, I don’t drink or do drugs. A young, active over 50, I like to work out, my family lives in Sarasota and I work online. I’m looking for someone who’s also positive, no drugs or excessive alcohol. I enjoy conversations (not politics thou.), taking walks, and am open to friendship if it naturally flows that way.
