About the room
The Grove @Wendell Townhome community located off of Rolesville Rd I-87. This is a brand new community which consist of double and single car garages including brand new apt complex on the other side. There is a broadwalk in between the communities, pool, dog park plus plenty of walking to relieve some stress, etc… you will have your own private bedroom/bathroom, with closet space, W/D, access to common areas, security alarm, driveway parking, Spectrum Internet, Streaming w/Amazon Prime, Hulu & Netflix. I’m a professional male who works from home 100% remote as a Senior Commercial Underwriter. I would like to have someone who’s down the earth, genuine, honest, dependable and trustworthy.
