ROOMMATE WANTED Hello everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate ( preferably in her 20’s ) to fill a room here In this apartment, located near downtown olympia. It is a 2 bed 1 bath. Rent is 755$ and deposit would be 755$ as well. I have no pets but would be interested in having someone with a kitty. (We are only allowed 2 pets, and I am aiming to get a kitty myself).

MOVE IN DATE I would need someone to move in before August 1st. The pics are of the place when I moved in last year in August. It has since been furnished (the bedroom will not be furnished) My current roommate and I will be emptying out most of the furniture and things here now since we split the cost of most of it. So if you have living furniture it will not be a problem at all! I am willing to go half on redecorating the place!

Utilities are not included. Electric is through PSE and roughly costs 200$ a month. WiFi is roughly 70$. These would also be split 2 ways.

I don’t drink/ party/ or smoke so I’d love to find someone who is the same. I love the outdoors and hiking/ swimming/ camping. I love chatting with my roommate so someone who is willing to build a friendship would be preferred!
