Fully furnished room in 4 bedroom house is walking distance to Arden mall, movie theaters, restaurants/fast food. CSUS is about 10 minute drive. Rent (includes most utilities/wifi/). Security deposit is 400 This is a shared bathroom . Washer/dryer on premises. A little about the household ( must be an animal lover we have small dogs & cats).

There are 3 people, and everyone has different schedules, so we do our best to keep a quite household. We have 2 indoor dog’s, and a few outdoor cat’s. When time allows, we will get together and BBQ or just hang out.
