About the room

We’re looking for a female college student or female working professional who is clean, and respectful who is a good fit for our home. You’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with friendly female housemates in their 20s. Furnished private (master) bedroom in a safe, quiet Irvine (Woodbridge area) Townhome – Rent $1,175 /month. All bills (gas, electricity, water, high-speed internet) are included. Also we provide filtered drinking water. Conveniently located within 10 minutes of UCI and IVC. This is a peaceful, drama-free home - not a party space.

*No outside shoes wearing at home ,change room shoes. *The room is available for single occupancy only. Room Features: • Private master bedroom with door lock • Furnished with bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, and lighting, mini fridges • Shared bathroom w/ 2 female housemates • Kitchen access with cookware, appliances, personal cabinet space, and drinking water filtration system • Light cooking only (The kitchen is available from 6am to 10pm) • Washer and dryer on-site • Plenty of parking available directly near the house • Access to community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and beautiful walking paths around the lake • On-site trash area with 24-hour access • No smoking / No pets / No guests • security deposit $500 required (fully refundable if room is left clean and in good condition)
