Available July 13 private bedroom - furnished in my condo in a convenient location. All utilities included in the rent . Heat, hot water, electricity, AC, internet + wifi. Own personal or semi private bathroom adjacent to the private fully furnished bedroom to include a Samsung mini fridge. Great location near downtown New Haven with all the conveniences of city living to include restaurants, bars, theater, bodegas, library, coffee shops, parks, church, retail shops , gym , etc. On public bus line and Yale transit. Two short blocks from Yale New Haven Hospital as well as Yale University. 4 blocks from Amtrak and Metro North train station. Conveniently close to TWEED AIRPORT. Close to several nice beaches.LIGHTHOUSE POINT PARK/Savin Rock West Haven Beach Walk/East Haven Beach etc. Close to the famed New Haven Town Green, NINTH SQUARE, East Rock Park and many other worthy locations . Other things worth mentioning are off street parking , hard wood floors, washer dryer in unit , small storage area in basement , snow removal done in a timely manner . I have a private parking lot /gated community- with an electrical gate, designated parking spot included for you. It goes without saying All is shared. As far as I go I’m an easy going 48 yr old professional male who is semi-retired and often keep to myself on my second floor. Ultimately I’m looking for a clean, reasonably quiet , mature/responsible person with good credentials and or references that will sign at the very least a 6 month lease however I’m willing to rent month to month to the right person ( slight up charge ) , but really my goal is to get a stable person who wants a stable place to call home for a substantial amount of time ., A background check may or may not be conducted upon permission. 1st and last month rent and simple lease agreement required before move in.
