The house is a 4BR/2BA on a quiet street in Campus West with great natural light, a large living area, sunroom, backyard, and patio. Updated kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of storage. We also have a home gym with a squat rack, barbell, bench, dumbbells, and pull-up bar. Location is hard to beat. Walkable to Campus West, Avery Park, and King Soopers, and a short bike or drive to Horsetooth and downtown.
Three working professionals in our mid to late 20s. We keep a clean, respectful house and are pretty easygoing. Some nights we hang out, other nights everyone’s doing their own thing. On weekends you’ll usually find us skiing, working out, running, biking, swimming in lakes, or working on some kind of project. We throw small parties and have campfires from time to time and generally just enjoy being active and outdoors.
