It’s a 3 bedroom townhouse. 3 story. First floor is the first room with its own bathroom. Second floor included the kitchen, balcony, office space, living room and half bath. 3rd floor is primary suite with the third bedroom and private bathroom. I honestly like the area. It’s quiet and everything is super close. HEB, ALDI, Planet Fitness if you work out and bank of America right down the road if you bak with them. Super close to downtown and the heights bars.

My name is Joanna. I am 30 years old and I work as a patient care technician in Memorial Hermann Katy. I have two cats, so you’d have to be comfortable around them and them running around the house…being cats :) They are very sweet and friendly. I am a clean freak. I don’t like things laying around where we publicly share space like the living room, dining room, and kitchen. I like to go out and have fun of course. I am looking for roomies in my age bracket who I can get along with. I don’t do well with drama and I can’t tolerate late rent. I am looking for a serious roommate who is willing to take this seriously without any hassles.
