Located close to downtown Dayton, Sinclair college, and the highway. This room is fully furnished and HUGE, big enough to have your own private living room inside your bedroom. No closet in the room but storage available in the basement. Street parking, fenced in yard, everything pictured is included in the room. You are welcome to rearrange the furniture to your liking. Kitchen has pots and pans. We are currently having some remodeling done so shiny new floors in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. You will be splitting utilities (electric, water, gas, and internet) with the other 3 tenants.

About the roomies

Hello! My name is Sara and my husband is Tyler. We moved to AZ but rent out our home to qualified tenants (meaning they passed background checks and were interviewed in person before moving in). Currently there are 3/4 rooms rented, two quiet guys upstairs ages 20s/30s and a friendly and respectable woman in the 3rd bedroom who is our go-to for any house related things. She does have 3 cats but is a very clean person. :)
