The house is located inside an older (1970s) attractive HOA of Oceanside about 2.5 miles from the beach. The HOA includes pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, and hiking trails. The house is a single-story ranch style home with a moderate size backyard and a 6-person spa. The room is located upstairs and has a private 1/2 bath. The guest shower is located downstairs immediately next to the room entrance. The room is fully furnished along with its own refrigerator and microwave for convenience. The lighting is amazing with skylights and a large north facing window. Each of the skylights has their own blinds and the window has blackout curtains to turn this well-lit room into a very dark space for those working at night. The house has air-conditioning and we have included an additional AC unit inside the guest room. The roommate will have use of the rest of the house and kitchen to treat as their own, and the washer and dryer located in the garage. There is parking in the driveway along with street parking, except on the 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month due to street sweeping. Dogs are negotiable provided they are cat friendly. Additional deposit required.

My wife and I have been married for 17 years and we have a 15 year old son, 2 cats (Izzy & Nacho), and 1 dog (Banksy). Both my wife and I work from home, however one of us is normally traveling each week. We are a close but very welcoming family and excited to share our space.
