About the room
The lease starts on August 1. I have already secured the apartment, signed the lease, and put down the first month’s rent. I’m looking for someone to take the other room and put their name on the lease as well. Rent is $800 a month per person (excluding utilities), $1600 in total.
I was told utilities would be roughly $100-$150 per person, depending on usage. The apartment is wired for Google Fiber, so we will use that for the internet.
We each get a parking space, but the apartment is also a 15-minute walk from campus and an even shorter bus ride.
About the roomies
A little about me: I’m 30 years old and will be beginning grad school in the fall for City and Regional Planning. I’m a musician and photographer, and I like to cook. I’m laid back but keep a tidy space.
