Located just minutes from 17th St in Costa Mesa and equal distance to PCH and the Newport Beach peninsula. Situated as an ADU back unit, the townhouse features open kitchen layout, 1-car garage (currently used for storage, but can be parked in) and in-unit W/D. Will be available August 1st officially, but can likely can set-up move in prior to day when room will be vacated.

Photos are from prior to either of us living there, so there is current furniture in place, but if you/new roommate want to bring furniture, there is the option to do so.

Full disclosure, the room being rented in mine as I am moving out. Other roommate (Male) is a late 30s/early 40s professional working from home as a software telecommunications engineer. Works CST hours from 7am - 4pm, but will then leave to spend time and nights/weekends at significant others place…aka meaning you have the whole place to yourself most of the time!
