Hi all! Looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom in my 3bed/1 bath apartment starting August 1st! This would be a 3 month sublet through Oct. 31st 2026 w option to renew if it’s a good fit 🙂

Located in Albany park about a ~12 minute walk from the Kedzie brown line Station. Montrose and Irving Park buses a short walk!

Photos below are older and the apartment is furnished differently now but my current roommate will be taking a lot of furniture so there will be a TON of space!!!
