Large home (1,750 sq ft) with a private backyard. A small dog lives here and is sweet and friendly. The bathroom would be shared with guests that visit.

I am a single female (56) that works from home as a graphic designer. I own the home. It is a three bedroom 2 bath. I live a pretty low key life but enjoy having friends and family over. I have a small friendly dog but prefer to have only a single dog in the home. I like a clean home and expect shared cleaning duties.
