I have 2 rooms to choose from for rent in a 3 bedroom Soquel condominium for one private person available August 1st or possibly before. The rent is $1,100/month or $1,600 and includes all utilities. The WIFI Internet works great. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and laundry onsite. There is a shared carport for parking. This is a really nice area to live. I require the first month’s rent and either $1,650 or $2,400security deposit depending on which room you want. A background/financial report and references are required to move in. The kitchen is beautiful and has all modern appliances. There are 2 bathrooms one of which has a shower/bath. It is a 5 minute walk to Safeway, shopping, restaurants, nature trails, and the bus. I do phone interviews first and if it feels like its the right fit but both of us I will schedule a walkthrough. I look forward to your call.
