Third story apartment unit located close to the Kingsland Park & Ride (Houston Metro system), as well as quick access to I-10. One bedroom unit, I take the couch and the office space, we share the closet. Relatively small kitchen space, carpeted floors, fully furnished (by yours truly). If you decide to room with me, you’re gonna also be on the lease. Also, no smoking/vaping, that’s a rule for the apartment and the room.

Apartment amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, pool, in-unit washer and dryer, reserved parking car port, gated community, a business center, 24/7 maintenance response, online rent payments, and a covered mail kiosk

Hi! My name is Payton (he/him), I’m a 22 year old guy. I best describe myself as patient, meticulous, and self-motivated. I like watching movies, going for walks, and listening to music.

I am a recent UH graduate with that majored in hospitality management with a focus on food & beverage in the restaurant industry. I currently work as a supervisor in the industry, so I work a lot of late nights.

I drink slow, I walk fast, and I enjoy having time to cook & bake. You’d get along well with me if you like having a quiet space, some healthy communication, and sharing stories every now and then. I’m really just worried about if you clean after yourself and if you’re stable financially.
