Cozy bedroom upstairs in a nice townhouse, with a spacious living/dining room and kitchen on the main level. Basement area for laundry (washer & dryer), desk, and storage (this is a flexible space). Full bathroom only shared with one person, with additional half-bathroom. Parking spot available in the garage, or you may utilize convenient bus routes and nearby metro. Small balcony area and a working fireplace is in the living room. Overall neighborhood is quiet family suburbs, close enough to DC to still spot the Washington monument from our stoop.

Owen (24) and Val (22) are two working young professionals looking for a motivated and social addition to the townhouse. We keep cleaning a priority, and we communicate well about shared spaces. We enjoy going out while still remaining on top of our responsibilities and keeping a relaxed environment around the house. Preferred age range is 22-25 but possibly negotiable as well.
