Great Isla Vista spot! Has washer/dryers inside of them and at least 2 full bathrooms. Unit #1 (my unit) has a large private patio. Includes free high speed internet, water and trash/recycling service.

Roommates split gas and electric bills.

There is a total of four guys, three roommates in total. Dre ( my Roomate) is a super down-to-earth guy from Chicago. He loves running, playing guitar, musicals, and going out. He is a former baseball player who now competes in triathlons and marathons. He is literally down for anything and everything and is a great friend.

The other two guys are Zach and Will, going to be frank, I have not met them. But they are very punctual with rent and are super easy to reach out to.

I need to find a replacement roommate because I’m going back home to coach Division 2 track and field in Florida. I loved rooming with Dre in our freshmen dorms at UCSB.
