Looking for one roommate to join our house. Currently its just me and my brother. You would have your own room, and would share the bathroom with my brother. he is quiet and clean. This would be all bills paid including high speed internet ( with a cap of $450 on bills) after that we would split 3 ways. pets may be considered case by case with a non refundable pet deposit. I do have 2 friendly dogs. The living room is currently empty feel free to bring your own living room set up. couch/tv or whatever a background check is required for the final applicant, applicant covers fee.
