I want someone who is down to earth and good at communication. would prefer no pets! the place itself has a gym across the street and is facing a outdoor pool. it also has a cafe and bar nearby and is a 10 minute walk from the college mall. the apartment is two bed two bath. Each person will get their own bathroom and have a big closet in their room. there is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment itself. there are no bugs or roaches! perfect place to live! the move in date is August 1st but can move in earlier like in July or June! The rent is $875 per person so it is $1750 a month in total. This does not include heat and electricity which is usually a $60 extra.
Hello! I work full time as a caregiver! I currently work night shift on weekends and on Tuesdays at Stonebelt. I also help a man with MS in the mornings three days a week and babysit a little boy too! I’m always busy but I try to always be very organized and make sure the apartment is clean and nice looking.
