The room is upstairs and has a loft area, linen closet, full bedroom with closet, and a full bathroom. There is also a floor air conditioner unit in the room as it gets warmer up there in the summer months. There is indoor garage parking available if needed. This is an HOA community so there are rules to abide by - mostly about parking.

I live on the main floor and work from home three days a week. I keep a pretty clean home, don’t do drugs or heavy drinking. I do smoke cigs but do it outside on my back patio.
