The home has classic character with comfortable shared spaces, including a cozy living room, formal dining area, two outdoor patios, BBQ area, stainless steel appliances, full-size washer/dryer, and extra storage. The available bedroom can be unfurnished or partially furnished as needed and includes two closets, a ceiling fan, and space to make it your own. Bathroom is shared, clean, and well-maintained, with a separate tub and shower.

We’re looking for a respectful, clean, easy-going, and responsible housemate who values a calm, welcoming home. Long-term fit preferred. Must be comfortable living with a friendly dog. Dog lovers are welcome. LGBTQ+ affirming household; all qualified applicants welcome.

Rent is $1,200/month plus utilities, which typically range from $150–$200/month depending on usage. Refundable security/cleaning deposit is $300.
