Entire upper floor is yours, can fit a full 1bed/1bath apartment worth of stuff up here. Room is very spacious and gets decent natural light, window AC unit works very well, includes a box fan for the bedroom bc it gets warm in the afternoon. House is less than 10 mins from downtown but far enough to be peaceful enough that there are deer that live in the neighborhood. Fully furnished shared spaces but there’s room for your own things as well.
Electric and Internet are separate charges but everything else is included in rent. Pets have rent but I don’t remember how much(my cats are ESAs so I don’t pay rent on them).
2 roommates that are in their 20s. They are very friendly and laidback. Their worst habit is leaving dishes in the sink but they clean up after themselves before I have to ask. One has a cat and the other has a dog. Cat is skittish but not aggressive and dog just lounges downstairs and never bothers anyone.
