Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease starting in August at Soleil Blu Luxury Apartments in St. Cloud.

Rent is $850/month, plus utilities (water, electricity, and WiFi).

You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment. The kitchen and living room are the only shared spaces.

One of the best parts about living here is the community itself. Soleil Blu is a quiet, gated luxury apartment community with a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, pickleball court, walking trails, outdoor grilling areas, beautiful lakeside views, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
