About the room
Room opening up July 15th in our house near Louisville / Hwy 36. Super easy drive to Boulder or Denver.
It’s a 4 bed / 4 bath house with 2 of us here right now, all early 20s. Pretty chill, clean, low drama setup. One roommate works with CU athletics and I own the house + work at a wine bar.
The house is honestly sweet:
- rooftop deck with a firepit
- big modern kitchen (built in 2024)
- furnished living/common areas
- fast wifi + ethernet
- washer/dryer
- off street parking
Room is unfurnished, away from everything on the first floor, and fits a king + desk. Bathroom is private and attached to the room.
We also have two very sweet 9-month-old kittens, so unfortunately no more pets.
Rent is $1,090/month. Deposit is $1,635. Looking for a 1 year lease ideally, but there’s some flexibility.
