It’s a small cottage right the middle of Hartwick seminary, only 10 minutes from cooperstown. a twin bed is currently in the room. If you had a queen bed, you would still have room for a desk or TV station. It has a dresser and small built in closet. and it’s pet friendly if the pet is friendly. We are also close to a dog park. Trash and water are included, everything else is 50/50.

I’ve lived on this property for 7 years now, just moved in to this cottage. The landlord is nice, I’ve never had any problems. I have 1 cat, plus a Maltese and chawinnie. All of them keep to themselves. The dogs mainly stay in my room on the second floor. Cat is in charge of rodent control. All are friendly, they’ve never had ongoing issues with other animals or people. So though the place is small , there’s main areas are open and it won’t feel to crowded with a few more here and there.
