About the room
My husband & I are offering a private bedroom / shared bathroom (w/female roommate) available 07/15/2026. We live in Scottsdale near the 101 and McDowell Rd. it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Rent is $800 - deposit is $500. We are not accepting any animals. We are a little older, 60’s and our roommate is in her middle 30’s, she’s amazing. Utilities & WI-FI are included. We do have street parking for one vehicle. The only chore you would have would be cleaning the shared bathroom & shower once a month. If your interested please contact me (Robin) . Thank You.

We are only accepting one roommate. We do prefer a female because our other roommate is a female.
In the home is myself Robin, my husband Royal & 1 female roommate.
We’re NOT accepting additional animals. NO EXCEPTIONS.
