This is a three-bedroom, two-bath house in a quiet neighborhood with HOA. The community includes a swimming pool and tennis courts. The house is located close to the intersection of Hunt Club Boulevard and SR436 between Apopka and Altamonte Springs. I am currently renting the home, so you would need to be added to the lease and pay $50 for a credit check by the landlord. The lease prohibits smoking in the house.

You will be renting a private bedroom and bathroom and sharing the living room, dining area, kitchen, washer and dryer. One bedroom is approximately 12 feet x 11 feet and has a walk-in closet. The other bedroom is approximately 11 feet x 10 feet and has a reach-in closet. I am also open to two roommates, each with a private bedroom, but sharing the bathroom. Disregard the contents shown in the two bedrooms. Your bedroom and its closet will be empty when you move in. Parking is available in the driveway, or, for an extra $25 monthly, you can park in the garage and I’ll park in the driveway.

Rent includes electricity, water/sewer, pest control, and internet with WiFi.

I am a 59-year-old single man who is quiet, mild-tempered, friendly, and will be very respectful of your rights and privacy. Also, I have never been arrested or charged with a crime.

I have a Siamese cat, so you would be sharing the house with the two of us.

I work weekdays, so the best time to view the house will be weeknights and weekends.
